Official launch of „BCUBE Poland”
We are pleased to inform you that as of 31st March the companies Sistema Poland Sp. z o.o. and SPM Poland Sp. z o.o. will officially adopt a new logo: „BCUBE Poland”. This epoch-making change brings the two Polish companies, which have been on the market since the 1990s, significantly closer to the brand identity standards of the BCUBE Group.
The change in the visual identity of Sistema Poland and SPM Poland is one of the key aspects of the rebranding process, which began in December last year, and is part of a much broader project whose main objective is to strengthen the position of the BCUBE Group on the Polish and European markets.
The current 'Sistema Poland’ logo was created in the 1990s and the 'SPM’ logo in the early 2000s, when the offer of the company active in Poland was mainly focused on logistics services for the automotive and white goods sectors. As a result of the company’s expansion and entry into new sectors, as well as the expansion of its offerings to include services with high added value, and an increasingly intense integration with the Italian parent company, it became necessary to adapt the company to the standards dictated by the headquarters in Casale Monferrato also from a visual point of view.
The new logo, BCUBE Poland, will gradually replace the existing ones and will be present on the Polish companies’ website, social networks, company documentation and will gradually be put into circulation through new communication and promotion materials.
It is important to emphasise that the names of the companies will retain the current form of Sistema Poland Sp. z o.o. and SPM Poland sp.z o.o. Only the company logo and the e-mail domain will be changed. All other data, including PIN, REGON, bank account numbers, telephone numbers and the address of the company’s registered office will not change. At the same time, we would like to point out that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the change of the company logo does not entail any changes in the scope of the contractual obligations undertaken by the companies or mutual rights and obligations arising from the agreements concluded by Sistema Poland and SPM Poland and does not require its annexation.
